Phecron Engineering Group PTY LTD is an emerging specialist engineering consulting firm comprised of a team of young, qualified professional structural and civil engineers from HDI backgrounds.
Established in 2017 out of a love for the industry and an urge to define a new standard of professional consulting, we build our quality services on the core values of excellence, professionalism, accountability, social responsibility, cost-effectiveness, and innovation.

Phecron is a wholly black-owned, multi-disciplinary firm in the built environment, based in South Africa and operating in three provinces: Free State and Gauteng Province.
The company directors have 100% HDI status and possess diverse expertise in civil engineering consulting and project management. We are committed to employment equity and focus on promoting the development of women in the industry.
Meet Our Director
Thabo Phera [Pr Tech Eng, PrCPM]
Thabo Phera is a professional Civil Engineering Technologist with extensive industry experience and a B-Tech in Civil Engineering from the Central University of Technology, Free State.
Boasting 10 years of experience in the built-environment industry, Thabo’s career has progressed from a trainee technician to a project manager, design technologist, and now Project Director. He is highly skilled in project management, costing, programming, and preparing procurement documentation.
As a Project Director, he has worked on numerous multi-disciplinary projects, demonstrating remarkable leadership and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to an acceptable quality. Thabo is a registered professional with both ECSA (no: 2023301703) and SACPCMP (no: D/3233/2024).
